As long as you receive your pay through PAYE, are 16 or over, your employer is signed up to our scheme, and you earn more than National minimum wage after the salary sacrifice, you are eligible to take advantage of the scheme. If you are under 18 you will need your guardian as guarantor.

Your employer will set a scheme limit, this will determine how much you're able to spend. If you choose your cycle to work package directly from Cycle Solutions, you also benefit from discounts, eight weeks free insurance from Cycleplan, extended warranty, great savings, and a kit bag with tools. If you prefer, we work with independent partner bike shops all over the UK meaning you can visit them to get expert advice, get fitted for your new bike, and collect your cycle to work order instore.

There really is no better way to get a new bike and/or equipment than through the Cycle to Work scheme with Cycle Solutions. Not only will you benefit from huge savings off the retail price, you'll be able to get exactly what you want to make cycling to work a breeze. In addition to this, by ordering directly with us you will earn reward points to use on any future purchases. All our bikes are built and quality checked by Cytech qualified mechanics before we send them, and delivery is arranged at your convenience. All you need to do once the bike arrives is turn the bars and pop the pedals on (instructions are included).

You choose your bike, accessories or both, then you and your employer both approve the hire agreement and salary sacrifice. Once everything is approved, all in-stock orders are dispatched to your chosen address as soon as possible. You're also able to use our UK-wide partner store network to find a bike shop near you. This means there's even more choice!

Typically, the process takes a few days but will depend on your scheme and its parameters. Once all agreements are signed and providing everything is in stock, it will be sent out as soon as possible. For bike shop orders through our partner network, we issue a letter of collection for you to go and collect your order.
