Our aim is to provide you with a stress-free cycle to work experience. To help you get on the saddle as soon as possible, there are two ways you can obtain your new set of wheels.

Find a bike shop: Cycle to work retailers

By using our interactive map, you can easily find your nearest Cycle Solutions partner shop. If you discover your local bike shop isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we can enquire with them directly.

Once you’ve done this, simply visit the partner shop and choose the bike package that suits you. However, don’t submit an order until you have first checked availability with the store.

Then, just follow these easy steps:

Get a quote for the value of your total package.
Come back to the map, find the bike shop and click ‘Submit Quote’.
Submit the quote details via an online form.

Once you’ve submitted your details, we will send out the agreements for approval to you and your employer. Once approved by all parties, we will issue a letter of collection (LOC) to you and to notify the relevant store, which can take up to 5 working days.

After this has been received by the shop, you can pop in and exchange the LOC for your brand-new equipment!

Another option is to browse with Cycle Solutions directly, where you can discover our huge range of bikes 24/7. After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send out the hire agreement to your employer for approval. Once this is approved, we’ll deliver the equipment directly to your door, arranged at your convenience.
