As long as you receive your pay through PAYE, are 16 or over, your employer is signed up to our scheme, and you earn more than National minimum wage after the salary sacrifice, you are eligible to take advantage of the scheme. If you are under 18 you will need your guardian as guarantor.

You choose your bike, accessories or both, then you and your employer both approve the hire agreement and salary sacrifice. Once everything is approved, all in-stock orders are dispatched to your chosen address as soon as possible. You're also able to use our UK-wide partner store network to find a bike shop near you. This means there's even more choice!

Typically, the process takes a few days but will depend on your scheme and its parameters. Once all agreements are signed and providing everything is in stock, it will be sent out as soon as possible. For bike shop orders through our partner network, we issue a letter of collection for you to go and collect your order.
