- Be professional when speaking to HR, Finance and Payroll managers?
- Generate 10 appointments per month (on average over a year)?
- Evidence your work on our customer relationship management system?
If so, you can …
- Easily earn monthly commissions up to £500.00 per month, although this is uncapped and can be exceeded, on top of your annual salary.

Skills / Experience:
B2B telesales experience is desirable but not essential, and you will be given a comprehensive 2-weeks induction training, followed by extensive on the job training and support, ensuring that you maximise your potential within the role.
Most of all we're looking for someone with a real desire to help the businesses that we engage with, to buy into the positive benefits that the Cycle to Work Scheme can offer the organisation and be able to convey these clearly.
- Working Monday – Friday and fixed hours between 8:30 – 5:00 or 9:00 – 5:30.
- Using an extensive in-house CRM database to help identify target markets and work in tandem with marketing support to reach out to prospects and suspects.
- Contacting prospective clients by telephone and email and communicating clearly and effectively the benefits of the scheme.
- Tailoring your approach to negotiating with HR/Finance/Rewards Managers and Directors for diverse organisations all over the UK.
- Generating appointments for field-based staff.
- The role will be predominantly office based. However, as part of their induction the successful candidate may be required to attend client meetings with the Account Manager to gain a more detailed understanding of our service offering.
- Aiding and implementing marketing and advertising opportunities along with other members of the Cycle Solutions Ltd team.
- Managing contacts/leads on our internal customer relationship management system.
- There are often opportunities to further your progression with the Cycle Solutions team to a Field Sales position or even to an Account Management role and employees are fully encouraged to pursue career opportunities within the business.

- Basic Salary - Starting from £19,760.
