How to buy a bike on the Cycle to Work Scheme

If you are not sure how to buy your bike through the scheme, then we’ve put together this handy step-by-step guide below.

If your employer is signed up to the Cycle to Work Scheme, you can start shopping for your new tax-free eBike & accessories. Here’s a quick guide on acquiring your new eBike through the scheme:

• Once your employer signs up with us, we'll provide you with a link that allows you to access your unique Cycle to Work shop. Here, you can browse eligible items up to the limit your employer has set, with a full savings breakdown displayed alongside products and baskets.
• Once you have selected your Cycle to Work package via our online shop, simply proceed to checkout as you would on any other retail website. We will then collect all the necessary information and automatically generate the Hire Agreements for you and your employer to sign.

What happens once your application is submitted:

• Both you and your employer will need to complete and approve the Hire Agreement and Salary Sacrifice documents. These are typically sent via simple e-sign documents and can be easily and quickly done.
• At this stage, you will have the option to select your preferred end-of-scheme process, including our savings-maximizing zero-cost end-of-scheme option. (This can also be done at the end of the salary sacrifice, so don't worry).

What happens once the application is approved:
