How do I place my order?

  1. Online:- Once you have found the item(s) you require simply add them into your shopping basket and proceed to our easy to use checkout.
  2. Telephone:- Our dedicated team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm to take your order on 0330 100 2480 (free from most mobiles).

What are the delivery costs?

Standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses is free. Standard delivery is normally 2-5 working days.

Saturday morning delivery to standard UK addresses is £40.00 (geographical exceptions apply, as outlined below).

Exceptions to Free Delivery are: Northern Ireland £27.00, Scottish Highlands £7.50, Scottish Islands £20.00, Channel Islands £20.00, Isle of Man £5.00, Isle of Wight £20.00, Jersey £20.00, Guernsey £20.00. Deliveries to these regions will take around 7 days.

Deliveries to the following Scottish Postcodes are excluded from free shipping: KW 1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-26, PH30-40, PH49-50, PH41 sector 4. Delivery to these postcodes will be £7.50.

Please note: smaller items may still be shipped free, please contact us to enquire.

What guarantees do you provide?

Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All products are sourced from official UK importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed. Please note that all items returned must be suitably packaged (preferably in the original packaging) and in a saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of products that would not be considered hygienic once the packaging has been opened i.e. undergarments such as padded shorts, bibshorts, etc.

When will my order arrive?

We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.

How will my cycle purchase arrive?

We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you will be satisfied with your cycle, that is why Cycle Solutions (Cycle to Work) Limited have boxes tailor made.

Will my cycle be a flat pack?

All cycles supplied are fully built and made ready to ride by CyTech-NVQ qualified technicians before the pedals are removed and the handlebars turned in order to repackage.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that consignment.

Please note that if you pay via PayPal your payment is taken instantly. It is not possible to delay PayPal payments and you may therefore pay before despatch takes place.

I am not happy with a product/service. How do I make a complaint?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will try to rectify any problems you may have. You can email us at info@cyclesolutions.co.uk or write to the above address. We will acknowledge receipt and set about resolving the situation immediately.
